Vriddhi Siddhi Consulting LLP ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and client portal, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

What we collect

• Identity and contact details: name, email, mobile number, city and state, business name.
• KYC documents you upload (for example PAN, Aadhaar, driving licence, passport, voter ID, GST or incorporation certificate).
• Documents and information you share for a service request (returns, notices, statements, agreements).
• Payment references from our payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
• Technical data such as IP address and timestamps, for security and fraud prevention.

Why we use it

• To verify your identity and create your client account.
• To deliver the professional services you request and meet our legal and professional obligations.
• To process payments and issue invoices.
• To send service updates, OTPs and statutory due-date reminders.

Automated document checks

When you upload a KYC document, it is checked automatically using an artificial-intelligence service to confirm the document type and readability. Documents that cannot be confirmed are reviewed by our staff. Only the last four characters of any ID number are recorded from this check. Uploaded case documents may also be analysed by the same service to help our professionals prepare. Our service provider processes this data on our behalf and does not use it to train its models under its commercial terms. You may request manual-only handling by writing to us.

Aadhaar

Please upload a masked Aadhaar (first eight digits hidden), available from the UIDAI website. We use Aadhaar only where a service requires it and do not use it for authentication.

Sharing

We share data only with: government portals and authorities as needed to perform your service; our payment gateway (Razorpay); email, SMS and hosting providers; and the AI document-check provider — each only to the extent necessary. We never sell personal data.

Storage and security

Files are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible, over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access is limited to authorised staff. We retain records for as long as required by professional and statutory record-keeping rules, then delete them.
